Hey, first of all, love this compilation, awesome work. But a little thing that bothered me was during the Vestibulocochlear Nerve Exam there is some background noise like a highpitched ringing or mosquito, it stopped immediatly when it changed to Glossopharyngeal and Vagus Nerve Exam. That was a bit unpleasant. but thats really the only little thing
